In my experience none of the current options fully deliver. Either they leave out types of AdSense content such as feeds, search, video, etc or they just plum aren’t accurate or reliable. I’m grateful to say that although there is still no fully reliable app available in the Android Market, Google has launched AdSense Mobile Beta.
